Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for a cultivation assistant. Will you use your experience/knowledge/enthusiasm to optimise the cultivation process? The varied cultivation work includes crop care such as potting, (mechanical) pruning, sorting and binding. We work with modern machinery, which makes the work more attractive and challenging. Preference is given to a person with forklift experience for internal transport with our advanced plant truck. In busy times, you will also help process orders and orders. Thus, no day is the same.
The candidate is expected to have an affinity with the tree nursery sector, insightful, flexible, able to work independently but also able to function in a team. You are committed to quality and find satisfaction in a well-kept nursery. Together with your colleagues, you work towards ever better quality and a sustainable product.
You will receive an attractive salary in accordance with the collective labour agreement for open cultivation, depending on your knowledge and experience, as well as good fringe benefits. You will work in an enthusiastic team in an informal working atmosphere.
